Thank you for showing interest in Bus to London and for taking the next step towards signing up for this epic bus journey.
We are pleased to announce that due to an overwhelming response, we have decided to pilot two buses instead of one. This would allow 20 more travellers to be a part of this historic journey.
As we move ahead, kindly go through the important information given below:
Tentative Date
Bus to London: 2nd May 2021 – 10th July 2021
Bus to India: 15th August 2021 – 23rd October 2021
The above dates can be stretched till the 2nd week of June 2021 to accommodate for weather suitability throughout the journey. In the unlikely scenario of travel restrictions not being lifted beyond June 2021, the trip will be postponed to the summer of 2022. However, we hope that such a situation does not arise.
Cost: As notified earlier, there is a 5% increment in operating cost due to COVID-19 protocols imposed by regulatory bodies, government departments, hotels, etc. The revised Participation Cost per person now is:
INR 15,75,000 + 5% GST, which equals to INR 16,53,750 (Sixteen Lakhs Fifty Three Thousand And Seven Hundred Fifty Only).
Unveiling of Bus and Media Event: In April 2021, we will unveil the Dream Bus for media and participants. All confirmed participants will be invited to the event to meet & greet fellow travellers and the organizers. After the bus reaches London in July 2021, a similar event will be organized, where in addition to the media, participants for Bus to India will be invited. The same will be held in London, United Kingdom.
Deposit for Seat Reservation: Due to an extremely high influx of interested participants, we have decided to operate two buses. However, the seats will remain limited. Therefore to reserve and block a seat, you will need to make a 25% deposit (+5% GST) of the total participation cost upon agreeing to the Terms & Conditions.
Kindly read and give your consent to the Terms & Conditions (link shared below), no later than 10th January 2021. Please note that the selected applicants will be notified via email/call & subsequently asked to make the initial transfer to reserve their seat(s).
